Sunny ground floor flat in the heart of the village of Bloubergstrand, 100 m away from the beach. The garden flat is at the bottom of my private house. It is very private with access to the pool and a wind protected garden. You have your own private entrance and yard with astro -turf for sunbathing. Safe off street parking is behind a remote controlled gate.

The beaches, Small Bay Beach, and Big Bay Beach, also known as Kite Beach are 100 -metres away. Walk to Eden on the Bay Mall and beach promenade with lovely coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a big grocery store . Eden on the Bay is at Big Bay Beach. Learn to surf by renting a surf board or SUP (standing up paddle board) at Eden on the Bay.

Spacious and sunny ground floor apartment in the heart of the village of Bloubergstrand, with beautiful views of Table Mountain, 100 m away from the water's edge of Smallbay, Bloubergstrand, is offered to a couple, wanting a peaceful space. We cannot accommodate infants or children.

This garden cottage is spacious and cosy, with a front door and back door leading to a garden and patio.

A wind protected patio outside your door is perfect for outdoor dining. A barbeque on wheels is available for braaing. Enjoy the swimming pool on the terrace with astro turf for a green lawn all year through.

Other things to note
Take a stroll to Small Bay and Big Bay Beach, also known as Kite Beach. Take some lessons on a Standing up paddle board or surf board, which can be rented at Eden on the Bay Surf shop, or enjoy a meal on the promenade at Eden Cafe. There is also a big grocery store at Eden on the Bay for all your self catering needs.
